Established in early 2022, Resonance Property Management, a division of Resonance Costa Rica, provides intimate & personalized Property Management services for luxury vacation homes in Playa Hermosa, Jaco, Costa Rica.

Management Services
ONGOING CARE & MAINTENANCE
Rest assured, we will oversee all care and maintenance to your home and property including but not limited to: liaising with contractors and service providers, scheduling maintenance, etc.
HOUSEKEEPING
We will establish and maintain a dedicated cleaning crew for your property; overseeing services to ensure compliance – maintaining the standards set by you, the owner.
QUALITY CHECKS
Regular inspections before and after guest stays, as well as after maintenance visits; photographic evidence taken and provided when required.
HOUSE SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT
Regular home supply inventory will be performed to ensure items for guests and housekeeping are well stocked.
GUEST COMMUNICATIONS
We are here from start to finish when it comes to managing communications with your guests. We will include site walks, concierge services, and more!
ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
Using the system(s) of your choice, all booking management will be taken care of by our team. Including listing updates, client communication, calendar management, etc.
ADD ON: BOOKKEEPING
Working alongside your trusted accountant, we will ensure that invoices are up to date, taxes are paid, and monthly summaries are provided
